This page explains what we store on your device and what we track when you visit luminhivelabs.com.au — and how to turn the optional parts off.
1. Strictly necessary — always on
These make the site function. They can’t be switched off, and they don’t track you across other websites.

2. Analytics and diagnostics — optional
These help us understand how the site is used and spot faults. You can turn them off.

We don’t use advertising cookies. We don’t sell data to advertisers. We don’t run tracking pixels for social networks.
3. Turning the optional ones off
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page. Your choice is remembered on this device.
We also honour browser-level signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as opting out of analytics and session recording — you don’t need to do anything else.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.
4. Visiting from the UK or Europe
We’re an Australian business serving Australian customers. If you’re visiting from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we don’t load analytics or session recording unless you opt in.
5. Is this personal information?
Sometimes. On its own an analytics event usually isn’t. But an IP address can identify you, and if you later give us your details the two can be connected. Where that’s the case we treat it as personal information and handle it under our Privacy Policy.
