Scott McQueen
Scott McQueen spent more than twenty years making complex operations work across countries, teams and high-stakes environments.
At Brink's, he led operations and security across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. At Amazon, he held regional and global operations roles spanning APAC, EMEA and North America, helping turn difficult operational problems into systems that could be measured, repeated and scaled. He holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
Scott spent five years in Seattle, where his move into artificial intelligence began through training, experimentation and hands-on building. After leaving Amazon in 2026, he made that work his full-time focus.
Today, Scott leads LuminHive Labs, helping small and medium-sized businesses turn disconnected websites, inboxes, spreadsheets and customer enquiries into joined-up digital businesses. His wider work includes HeartTold, an AI-guided life-story platform; The Project File Group, an AI-enabled compliance and practice-management company for UK architects; and digital transformation work for Travel Talent Academy.
The industries are different, but the method is the same: find where time, money or opportunity is being lost, make the process clear, put the right system behind it, and prove that it works.
Scott personally leads every Australian engagement. Clients are not passed to an account manager, and they retain control of their domains, systems and data.
Why that matters to a business with three utes
